1. Who we are

LetsDare ("we", "the app") is a social challenge platform where users dare each other, stake virtual coins, and share photo proofs. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, profile photo, username, preferred language. Sign-in is provided via Google, Apple, or email one-time codes.
• Optional profile data: height, weight, age, and gender — used only to show you a private BMI summary and personalize suggestions. This data is never shown to other users.
• Location (approximate): if you grant permission, we use your location to show nearby challenges (Radar) and verify event check-ins. Challenge locations are stored rounded to roughly 1 km precision. We do not track location in the background.
• Content you create: challenges, photo proofs, messages, votes, and reports.
• Device data: push notification token; crash and error diagnostics (via Sentry).

3. How we use data

To operate the service (duels, coins, leaderboards, messaging, notifications), keep the community safe (reports, blocking, moderation), and fix crashes. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

Data is processed by: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Google / Apple (sign-in), Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push (notifications), and Sentry (crash reporting).

5. Sharing with other users

Your username, display name, profile photo, level/XP, streak, and public challenges/proofs are visible to other users. Your email, body data, and precise location are never visible to others.

6. Data retention & deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account, or request deletion at letsdare.app/delete-account. Deletion removes your profile, private data, messages, and tokens; it is completed within 30 days.

7. Children

LetsDare is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR/KVKK you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data by emailing support@letsdare.app.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this page and update the effective date above.

1. Biz kimiz

LetsDare ("biz", "uygulama"), kullanıcıların birbirine meydan okuduğu, sanal coin yatırdığı ve fotoğraf kanıtı paylaştığı bir sosyal meydan okuma platformudur. Bu politika hangi verileri topladığımızı ve nasıl kullandığımızı açıklar.

2. Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap verileri: e-posta adresi, görünen ad, profil fotoğrafı, kullanıcı adı, dil tercihi. Giriş; Google, Apple veya e-posta tek kullanımlık kodla yapılır.
• İsteğe bağlı profil verileri: boy, kilo, yaş ve cinsiyet — yalnızca size özel BMI özeti göstermek ve önerileri kişiselleştirmek için kullanılır. Bu veriler diğer kullanıcılara asla gösterilmez.
• Konum (yaklaşık): izin verirseniz yakınınızdaki meydan okumaları (Radar) göstermek ve etkinlik check-in'lerini doğrulamak için kullanılır. Meydan okuma konumları yaklaşık 1 km hassasiyetine yuvarlanarak saklanır. Arka planda konum takibi yapmayız.
• Oluşturduğunuz içerik: meydan okumalar, fotoğraf kanıtları, mesajlar, oylar ve şikayetler.
• Cihaz verileri: push bildirim token'ı; çökme ve hata kayıtları (Sentry aracılığıyla).

3. Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

Hizmeti işletmek (düellolar, coin, liderlik, mesajlaşma, bildirimler), topluluğu güvende tutmak (şikayet, engelleme, moderasyon) ve hataları düzeltmek için. Verilerinizi satmayız, üçüncü taraf reklamcılık için kullanmayız.

4. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Veriler şu sağlayıcılarca işlenir: Supabase (veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, dosya depolama), Google / Apple (giriş), Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push (bildirimler), Sentry (çökme raporlama).

5. Diğer kullanıcılarla paylaşım

Kullanıcı adınız, görünen adınız, profil fotoğrafınız, seviye/XP, seri ve herkese açık meydan okuma/kanıtlarınız diğer kullanıcılara görünür. E-postanız, vücut verileriniz ve hassas konumunuz asla görünmez.

6. Veri saklama ve silme

Veriler hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece tutulur. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile silebilir veya letsdare.app/delete-account üzerinden talep edebilirsiniz. Silme; profilinizi, özel verilerinizi, mesajlarınızı ve token'larınızı kaldırır ve 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.

7. Çocuklar

LetsDare 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altı bir çocuğun hesabı olduğunu düşünüyorsanız bize bildirin, kaldıralım.

8. Haklarınız

KVKK/GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme veya kopya talebinizi support@letsdare.app adresine iletebilirsiniz.

9. Değişiklikler

Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi güncellenir.
